Things You Need to Know
At ❤ of Basye Upscale Resale, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact us today! Refunds/returns - Same day or within 3 days of your purchase. We will NOT accept damaged items. (Items damaged during shipping are an exception. File a claim the day you receive your order.)

The Small Print
Items must be returned within three days of your original purchase date. Damaged items will not be accepted. (The only exception is shipped items but a claim must be filed the day that you receive your order along with a photograph of the damaged item.)

Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Shipping information and options: We will ship orders by the next business day. Customer pays all shipping costs. We ship through the USPS, UPS and FedEx. We do use the minimal amount of packing materials needed to safely ship your order. We reuse boxes so the box may have a different name printed on it. If an order arrives damaged please photograph it and report it the same day it is received.
